TEXTILE GRAPHICS BUILDING

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Constructed a 17,000 square foot steel building to be used for manufacturing. Also included was an additional 3,000 square feet of office space with restrooms.

5th STREET IMPROVEMENTS

PROJECT LOCATION:
Along NE 5th Street between NE Adams Street and NE Lafayette Avenue – McMinnville, OR

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Installed and interconnected four traffic signals, removed existing surface, excavation, asphalt concrete surfacing, curbs, sidewalks, ramps, drainage facilities, illumination, signing, and striping.

Provided and erected a 14,720 square foot pre-engineered steel structure to be used as McMinnville High School’s new Vocational Building, as well as a 5,000square foot steel building as the new Field House for McMinnville High School.
